This guide is going to walk you through how to upgrade your license. You can use this to:

  • gain access to more features in a higher edition
  • use it across more than 2 sites (up to 1000 sites)

If you’ve already purchased another license package with SSA, you’ll only need to pay the difference in price. If you’ve had the plugin for over 30 days, you only need to pay the pro-rated difference.

Login to Your SSA Account

To start, you must already have bought a Premium license package or downloaded our Free Basic Edition from the Simply Schedule Appointments site in order to log into your account.

View Upgrades

To view your upgrades, head over to the Purchase History tab > click on View Licenses > and Click on View Upgrades.

On this page, you’ll see some possible upgrades you can make to your license. It shows you the difference in price that you’ll need to make for the upgrade.

Just let us know:

  • What license package you’re interested in – 1, 25, or 1000 sites.
  • What Edition – Plus, Professional, or Business.
  • If you already purchased another package, let us know what email address you used to make that purchase.
