You can add a Zoom meeting link to Google Calendar either manually or automatically. To link it manually, simply copy the Zoom link and open your Google Calendar Event to begin editing it. Use the pencil icon to edit the event and within the Location field, paste your Zoom link.

3. Set up the Zoom Appointments integration via the Zoom plugin settings.
4. Update your Booking Calendars to convert them into Zoom booking forms.
5. Lastly, add your new Zoom booking calendar to any page on your website using the shortcode.
6. Now you’re well on your way to automating how you set up Zoom appointments!
