You can add a Zoom meeting link to Google Calendar either manually or automatically. To link it manually, simply copy the Zoom link and open your Google Calendar Event to begin editing it. Use the pencil icon to edit the event and within the Location field, paste your Zoom link.

To link a Zoom meeting automatically, you'll need to use Zoom meeting scheduler tool like Simply Schedule Appointments. This will allow you to integrate your Google Calendar and Zoom accounts. That way whenever someone books a meeting with you on your website, a Google Calendar event is generated along with your Zoom link added to the Location field.

3. Customize the meeting and schedule a date and time for it.
4. Save to schedule the zoom appointment.

To automatically set up Zoom appointments:

1. Install and Activate a Zoom appointment booking integration like Simply Schedule Appointments for your WordPress site.
2. Create your first booking calendar using the setup wizard.
3. Set up the Zoom Appointments integration via the Zoom plugin settings.
4. Update your Booking Calendars to convert them into Zoom booking forms.
5. Lastly, add your new Zoom booking calendar to any page on your website using the [ssa_booking] shortcode.
6. Now you're well on your way to automating how you set up Zoom appointments!
