Introduction

When an appointment is booked through our Gravity Forms integration, SSA does not collect any hidden, password, or admin fields by default. This is done as a safety measure on our end.

But, you can bypass this using a set of filters. These filters will not work with Password fields. This only applies to:

  • Hidden Fields
  • Fields with their Visibility set to Admin or Hidden.

Please be careful and double-check all of your SSA notifications, webhooks, and Google Invite settings so that you don’t accidentally pass and share sensitive data.

How to Pass Hidden Fields from Gravity Forms

Visit our guide on using the gravity/copy_hidden_fields_to_ssa Filter.

We also have another guide that shows you how to add a filter to your functions.php file or the Code Snippets plugin.
