Simply Schedule Appointments Google Calendar Sync

Nobody is more excited than we are to announce our newest feature: Google Calendar Sync!

With this feature, you can connect to your Google account, and automagically sync your available time to Simply Schedule Appointments. Got a dentist appointment Thursday morning? As long as it’s on your Google Calendar, that time will show an unavailable for appointment scheduling in Simply Schedule Appointments so you won’t end up with any awkward clashes or double bookings.

And then any newly booked appointments through Simply Schedule Appointments will also be pushed to your Google Calendar. You don’t have to worry about making an appointment that might clash with an appointment someone has booked.

This is the big feature we’ve been waiting for ourselves because we both rely on Google Calendar to run our lives. If you do, too, then you’ll appreciate this as much as we do.

    I’m new as of today, and using the Free version. It says I can’t Google Calendar Sync because I need Pro but I cannot purchase pro only pre-order. Is there an ETA on Pro?

      Hi Spencer,

      Google Calendar Sync is available today, it’s in our Plus version.

      SSA Plus is complete and ready to go. SSA Pro & Business are versions we’re still working on, that include more functionality, which you can preorder now at a discount (and get immediate access to Plus in the meantime of course)

    I am planning to use the free version for now and upgrade soon after I will have more customers. for the free version- may I have a display of the whole month? or few months? it is showing for booking only the next 3 available days.

      Hi Hadas,

      Thanks for checking out SSA! Currently the only view is to show the upcoming week (7 days). For people with very limited availability, or special events that are only a couple days long, this can look a little odd. We are planning to release updates that have other view options (including month view and a view for single-day events). If you keep an eye on our blog here or our Twitter account, we’ll be posting updates regularly. We can also email you at the email address you provided if you like?
