Simply Schedule Appointments News for October
New Admin App Now Here!
We officially launched the new version this October, featuring a freshened-up UI for a cleaner experience in the Simply Schedule Appointments dashboard.
This big update, while it will look very distinct when you re-visit the SSA admin panel – does not introduce new features just yet. Everything will continue to work as expected, just with a new design.
However, it’s important to mention that these updates also pave the way for us to build exciting upcoming admin management features, such as giving admins a calendar-style view in the Appointments tab or allowing admins to create specific availability openings for Appointment Types. So stay tuned!
Label Like a Pro
Want to keep your bookings organized and easy to manage? Check out our Appointment Type Labels! This feature lets you categorize and color-code your appointments and helps you display Appointment Types efficiently.
Assign labels to different appointment types, like “Consultation,” “Follow-Up,” or “Team Meeting,” so you can spot what’s coming up at a glance. It’s perfect for staying organized in the Appointments tab and giving your upcoming schedule a splash of color!
Plus, Labels make it super easy to display Appointment Types on your website. Use our handy label attribute in your shortcodes or within the block editor settings to show only the Appointment Types using labels. If you ever need to add a new Appointment Type listing or remove them from the frontend, it’s just a matter of updating the label.
