Welcome to the Quarterly Newsletter!

We owe you a Q4 recap. While this newsletter is arriving a bit later than planned, we didn’t want to skip highlighting the work that went into Simply Schedule Appointments at the end of 2025. That quarter was all about clarity, flexibility, and stability; the small changes that quietly make a big difference behind the scenes.

From improved notification visuals to stronger integrations, these updates are here to keep your scheduling running smoothly.

Simply Schedule Appointments For the Fourth Quarter of 2025

Here’s a look at what we’ve worked on between October and December

Notification Improvements

Emojis in notification messages are now displayed at a larger, more consistent size. This keeps your confirmation emails and reminders looking polished and readable whether you’re using a single friendly icon or sprinkling in a bit of personality.

Disable Card Payments for Stripe

You can now disable card payments when using Stripe, giving you more control over how customers pay. This is especially useful if you’re offering alternative payment methods or handling payments offline.

MemberPress Improvements for Renewals

We’ve improved our MemberPress integration to better support multiple active transactions tied to a single membership. This ensures smoother handling of early renewals and reduces edge-case issues for membership-based bookings.

Divi 5 Integration

Simply Schedule Appointments is now compatible with Divi 5. This update ensures smoother styling, better block behavior, and a more reliable experience when building booking pages with Divi’s latest tools.

Bug fixes galore

As always, we’ve been busy behind the scenes fixing bugs and improving stability across the plugin. Highlights from this quarter include:

  • Fix for rescheduling availability issues
  • White space layout fixes
  • Name and email autofill improvements for Google Chrome
  • Improved RTL support for the telephone field
