How it Works

We offer sponsored development deals to specific users who need a feature or functionality developed that isn’t currently part of the plugin.

This model gives you a booking system that better meets the needs of your project without worrying about the maintenance of custom code from a third-party developer.

Getting Started with Sponsored Development

Contact our team or submit our request form below and let us know what feature you’re looking for.

We’ll discuss with you to make sure we understand your project and see if this collaboration will be a good fit.

After payment is received, we’ll start working on the agreed-upon requirements and we’ll follow up throughout the project.

Some Considerations

This is not a full customization contract

The features you’re sponsoring will be added to the main Simply Schedule Appointments plugin so that they will be available to all customers. You are paying to prioritize the development of a specific feature for SSA.

We’ll clarify the details of our implementation before we start, and we’ll work with you to try to satisfy the needs of your project.

If you have any specific requirements or questions about the implementation, please double-check them before paying.

Payments are non-refundable

In extreme circumstances (for example, if we realize partway through development that the feature is not possible) SSA will, in our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund.

A great plugin and perfect support

We did a project entirely around SSA (and Draw Attention, created by the same team) for a lounge.

The support was perfect, very pleasant, and very helpful. The development team, too, because we needed particular features that weren’t available in time [and were added through sponsored development]. A great experience!
