What's the difference between Events and Appointments?
Events are planned occasions where the date and times are chosen by the host. Usually more than two parties are involved and attend, for example, a concert will have multiple hosts and up to 1000s of attendees.
Whereas Appointments are meetings in which a client has some influence on the day and time for the arrangement. This typically involves two parties and attendance is important, for example, a doctor's visit or an open-house visitation.
