Beaver Builder modules

Beaver Builder modules for appointments

Like anyone else who’s given it a try, we’re fans of Beaver Builder, a pretty awesome page builder for WordPress. To make life easier for our customers who are also using Beaver Builder, we’ve introduced a couple of modules just for Simply Schedule Appointments that make taking appointment bookings and working with customers even easier.

If you’ve got both Simply Schedule Appointments (any edition) and Beaver Builder installed, when you’re editing a page with Beaver Builder, you’ll see a Simply Schedule Appointments section in the modules:

We’ve got two modules created so far.

Booking

The Booking module inserts a booking form into your page. You can allow customers to select an appointment type, or you can specify an appointment type when you insert the module into your page.

This works similarly to the [ssa_booking] shortcode.

Upcoming Appointments

The Upcoming Appointments module is only visible to logged-in users. It allows them to see their upcoming booked appointments as a list – a handy reminder of what they’ve got to look forward to. And they can click to view details, edit, cancel, or reschedule their appointments as well.

Simply Schedule Appointments is even easier with Beaver Builder!

We hope that these modules make using Simply Schedule Appointments with Beaver Builder even easier and faster. As we continue to add more features and new views, we’ll add even more Beaver Builder module options to keep things as simple as possible.

We want to be sure that we’re taking advantage of you owning your own data – there’s no third party to connect to to get your appointment information, so we can make finding and displaying that data right on your own site easy and fast. We can connect booked appointments to customers who have user accounts on your site, even if they happen to be logged out at the time they book an appointment.

If you’ve got an ecommerce shop, a learning management system, or a membership site, we can tie all the information about a single customer together in one spot. That’s a big advantage over using third-party appointment booking systems where your appointment data is somewhere else and disconnected from everything else your customers are doing on your WordPress site.
